At Ultra Environmental, we like to make things easy. Here’s how our simple 10-step process works.
1. Get in touch
The process kicks off with you contacting us to discuss your project needs. We’ll have a friendly chat with you about the site, your construction plans, budget and timeframes.
2. Get a quote
We’ll send out a quote to you straight away.
3. Accept the quote
You can accept the quote using our Acceptance Proposal Form and we can get started right away. In some cases, we ask for a small deposit to secure the job.
4. Purchase order
We’ll get you to raise a purchase order so that we can generate an invoice.
5. Site research
We’ll conduct a site history review to understand how the site has been used in the past and what sort of chemicals or past activities that we might need to be mindful of.
6. Sample testing
We’ll visit the site and take a range of soil, water, air or gas samples in a few locations and depths (as applicable) to get insight into whether any contaminants are present.
7. Lab testing
The samples are taken to a lab for testing. Any contaminants can be reported back within 2 business days.
8. Report preparation
Based on the lab test results, site history and other facts, we prepare a detailed report for you outlining any potential contaminants found, the implications for your construction project and the recommended steps for remediation if needed. Report preparation can take up to 7 days but we aim to get this to you as soon as possible.
9. Payment
You make payment on the invoice via direct deposit to our bank account.
10. Report delivery
Once payment has been received, we’ll deliver the report to you electronically. If you have any questions about the report, we can discuss this with you separately.
